Licensing Program
The Victorian Society
in America has designed and developed a licensing program so that
manufacturers and businesses of home décor, collectibles, paper
products and gift items will benefit from an association with VSA.
Products
If your company sells
Victorian products, you could not have a better endorsement than the
only national organization dedicated to the protection, understanding,
education and enjoyment of our nineteenth century heritage.
We are looking to develop licensing programs that use Victorian
designs in the following areas:
Home
Decor--which includes decorative accessories, lamps, furniture,
soft goods, rugs and wall coverings.
Gifts--which includes jewelry, clocks, place-mats, picture frames,
dinner ware, table top items, etc.
Paper
Goods--which will require visual images and designs in order to
produce products such as calendars, greeting cards, Christmas items,
stationery and gift wrap.
Housing
Materials--which includes hardware, paint, roofing materials,
spindle work, and a variety of garden products.
Collectibles--which
will rely on Victorian designs and images, and which could include
seasonal ornaments, decorative plates, dolls, architectural pieces,
etc.
Endorsement, sales, or licensing
These are the ways of being a partner with the VSA in its licensing program:
-
have your
Victorian-era related product endorsed by the Victorian Society
in America
-
have your
Victorian-era related product sold by the Victorian Society in
America at its events and via its publications and website
Or, if you own or
process the legal rights to a collection, materials or building
details related to the Victorian Era you can cooperate with The VSA
for the manufacture and sale of reproductions or items representing
product as a participant in The VSA’s licensing program, and
