- The Alumni Association of the Victorian Society Summer Schools
is hosting the
Private Film
Premiere of Restoration of Palacio Bosch, Buenos Aires
at the Liederkranz Club, 6 East 87th Street,
New York. Its producer and director, Fabio
Grementieri, the Argentine scholar and architect, who was
responsible for the Palacio Bosch’s restoration, will introduce
the film. Palacio Bosch is now the American Ambassador’s
Residence. A reception will follow.

- Alumnus Joe Svehlak will lead a tour of Brooklyn Heights
from 10AM to approximately 12:30 PM. Starting in Brooklyn’s
Civic Center, the tour will sample some of the glory of old
Brooklyn, where more than one-half of its 1,100 landmarked
buildings predate 1860.
Fee: $25 per person donation to the Alumni Association of the
Victorian Society Scholarship Fund.
